The main characters, Hopi, Toto, and Mao, three close feline friends, embark on a journey across the unknown ocean to develop a new town. Their destination is the legendary island, "Star Island!" The Hopi people (Nyanko), having stumbled upon Star Island by chance, immediately begin developing the island, but various difficulties await them there.
